About the job Client Service Associate

One of our prestigious clients, an Australia-based company, is looking for dynamic Client Service Associate to provide inbound and outbound client support while maintaining CRM standards and delivering excellent customer service.

SALARY: LKR 85,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound and outbound client communication with professionalism.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support for Australian clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM systems.
  • Resolve client issues through strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, customer support, or call center roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Ability to work across Australian time zones.
  • Based in Colombo with immediate availability.
