One of our prestigious clients is seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with internal teams and clients to meet hiring requirements efficiently.
SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assigned job vacancies.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Liaise with clients to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
- Coordinate candidate follow-ups and onboarding support.
- Ensure recruitment processes are completed within deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience in client handling and coordination.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
