One of our prestigious clients is seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with internal teams and clients to meet hiring requirements efficiently.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assigned job vacancies.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Liaise with clients to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
  • Coordinate candidate follow-ups and onboarding support.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are completed within deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in client handling and coordination.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
