Technical Officer (Civil)

OOne of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry is hiring Technical Officer (Civil) to support project execution and site supervision.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise civil construction and maintenance works.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and design standards.
• Monitor material usage and site productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 34 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Good knowledge of project documentation and drawings.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
