Production Manager- Woodwork / Joinery Factory

Overview

Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling all production activities in the woodwork factory to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality output, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production based on project timelines.
• Manage all workshop departments (cutting, CNC, assembly, finishing, packing).
• Monitor daily operations and solve production bottlenecks.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with the Technical Office, Procurement, and Project teams.
• Control material usage and optimize productivity.
• Supervise production teams and evaluate performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in joinery/woodwork production, including management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, and materials.
• Ability to lead teams and manage production schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
