Real Estate Agent

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is looking for experienced Real Estate Agent to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers.
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts and agreements.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to complete transactions smoothly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Sound knowledge of the local property market in Colombo and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented personality.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil will be an added advantage.
