Automotive Service Advisor

Requirements: 

• 3 to 5 years experience in dealer or high end vehicles.
• Good Arabic and English communication skill required. 
• Good knowledge in auto body repairs and parts. 
• Preferably with valid SAR driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles. 
• Handle and resolve customer complaints. 
• Maintain customer records and enter data in computer databases.
