Factory Worker (Oman)

One of our prestigious clients in Oman is looking for experienced Factory Worker to join their Solar Panel Manufacturing Facility immediately.

SALARY: OMR 131 (Approx. LKR 105,000)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in assembling and manufacturing solar panels and related components.
• Operate basic machinery and follow production guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the factory environment.
• Follow quality standards and report any defects to supervisors.
• Support packing, loading, and material handling tasks.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations of the factory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous factory or production experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to follow company rules, safety procedures, and discipline.
