MEP Supervisor (Kuwait)

One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for an experienced MEP Supervisors to join their team immediately.

SALARY: KWD 280

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily engineering operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor work quality, timelines, and productivity of the engineering team.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and technical reports.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to junior engineers and technicians.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and technical operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
