Draftswoman

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry is seeking skilled Draftswoman to join their design and project team. The ideal candidates should possess strong technical drawing skills and the ability to interpret architectural and structural plans accurately.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software.
• Work closely with engineers and architects to produce accurate project documentation.
• Revise and update existing drawings as per client or site requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Certificate in AutoCAD, Drafting, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of drafting experience in the construction or architectural sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
• Attention to detail and strong visualization skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
