Grill Cook (Saudi Arabia)

A leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia is seeking skilled Grill Cook to prepare high-quality grilled dishes and maintain exceptional kitchen standards.

SALARY: SAR 2,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, season, and cook meats, seafood, and vegetables on grills according to menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grill station and work area.
• Ensure food is cooked and presented to company standards.
• Monitor food inventory and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality control guidelines.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in restaurants or hotels.
• Previous GCC experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
