General Practitioner (Papua New Guinea)

One of our reputed clients in Papua New Guinea is seeking experienced General Practitioner to provide high-quality medical care in their healthcare facilities.

SALARY: PGK 7,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions in patients.
• Conduct physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Provide health education and preventive care guidance to patients.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for specialized care when required.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, ethical standards, and local regulations.
• Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).
• Valid medical registration/licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a General Practitioner is preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under varying conditions.
• English proficiency is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
