Supervisor - Pipe & Outfitting (Oman)

One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisor Pipe & Outfitting for their Pipe & Outfitting Department, to oversee piping and outfitting activities, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality project execution.

SALARY: OMR 263 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise pipe and outfitting activities, including installation, maintenance, and fabrication.
• Review technical drawings, work instructions, and project specifications.
• Assign tasks to technicians, fitters, welders, and other team members.
• Monitor workflow, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and enforce safety protocols across the team.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to optimize operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pipe and outfitting supervision.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, installation procedures, and outfitting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proven supervisory and team management skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial environments.
