About the job Admin & Operations Executive
One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative and operational functions efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company.
- Coordinate office operations, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Support management in project documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, handle internal communication, and maintain company records.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Assist with property site coordination, client meetings, and office logistics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in administration or operations (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and general business software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
