Valve Mechanic (Oman)

One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking skilled Valve Mechanic for their Pipe & Outfitting Department, to support installation, repair, and maintenance of valves in piping systems and outfitting projects.

SALARY: OMR 186 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of valves in piping systems.
• Disassemble and reassemble valves for servicing and testing.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure valves meet safety and performance standards.
• Coordinate with pipe fitters, technicians, and engineers for project execution.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a safe and organized manner.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in valve mechanics or piping systems.
• Knowledge of different types of valves, maintenance procedures, and testing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in mechanical tasks.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial or workshop environments.
