Chartered Architect

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is looking for qualified and experienced Chartered Architect to join their dynamic team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion with a focus on quality and functionality.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications in compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project requirements.
• Provide creative and sustainable design solutions tailored to client needs.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project documentation efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, safety codes, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Chartered Membership with the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience in architecture and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent design sense and attention to detail.
