Experience & Skills Requirements

Required Experience

  • 3-4 years of business development experience with demonstrated hunter mentality and new business generation success
  • Corporate learning, workforce development, and/or professional training sector exposure
  • Higher education partnerships, university relations, and/or academic program development experience
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with corporate and/or government clients
  • Saudi market experience with established professional networks preferred
  • Client relationship management and account development experience

Essential Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)

  • Saudi National: This is a baseline requirement
  • Hunter Sales Capabilities: Proven ability to generate business through cold outreach, prospecting, and relationship building from zero
    • Lead generation through multiple channels
    • Cold calling and networking expertise
    • Pipeline development and management
    • Quota achievement and revenue growth
  • CRM Proficiency: Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
    • Daily administration, lead tracking, and pipeline management
    • Sales forecasting and opportunity management
    • Advanced reporting and analytics
    • Integration management with other business systems
  • Business Development Skills: Market research, competitive analysis, and territory development
  • Presentation and Communication: Client-facing presentation skills and proposal development
  • Partnership Development: Experience building strategic alliances and collaborative relationships

Desirable Attributes

  • An understanding of local market dynamics and business relationship development
  • Experience in international education services or university partnerships
  • Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and national transformation priorities

Employment Details

Working Location: Saudi Arabia (Head Office)
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Travel Requirements: Regular domestic travel for client meetings and market development activities

Employment Terms:

  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Notice Period: 60 days
  • Annual Leave: 21 days + public holidays
  • Medical Insurance: TBC
  • Annual Performance Bonus: TBC - % of annual salary based on revenue achievement and KPI performance
  • Housing Allowance: TBC monthly payment (in line with standard company payment benchmarks)
