Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Work in close collaboration with POS Online Team (BD Lead / Head)

Carry out field work and meet with prospective Merchants, assist them with their application and collect the necessary documents.

Guide merchants through onboarding process and answer questions regarding their application.

Communicate with the BD Lead and provide status updates

Conduct document verification before submitting

Plan routes to optimize efficiency and ensure all appointments with potential merchants are completed

Provide of high-quality customer service

Perform duties in a safe, reliable, professional manner

Escalate and solve issues timely

Give feedback on processes, customers and software to help us make better customer experience
