About the job Finance Specialist

[Job Responsibilities]

  • Manage local tax invoices, including collection/ review of the invoices from vendors, and issuance of invoices to customers, liaison with vendors/ customers on invoice related matters.
  • Manage local withholding tax certificates (WHT certificates), including collection/ review of the WHT certificates from vendors and issuance of them to customers, liaison with vendors/ customers on certificate related matters.
  • Assist in tax filing and tax administration, including collection/ preparation of documents for VAT/ CIT/ WHT/ stamp duty/ business tax/ treaty application, and tax code registration, company registration updates with local tax authority, business permit renewal/ updates etc.
  • Assist in tax audit defence/ litigation, including but not limited to liaison with relevant teams and collection/ preparation of requested documents, arrangement of signature and submission to external professional firm.
  • Assist in local bookkeeping.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors to provide tax support for tax-related matters.
