About the job Finance Specialist
[Job Responsibilities]
- Manage local tax invoices, including collection/ review of the invoices from vendors, and issuance of invoices to customers, liaison with vendors/ customers on invoice related matters.
- Manage local withholding tax certificates (WHT certificates), including collection/ review of the WHT certificates from vendors and issuance of them to customers, liaison with vendors/ customers on certificate related matters.
- Assist in tax filing and tax administration, including collection/ preparation of documents for VAT/ CIT/ WHT/ stamp duty/ business tax/ treaty application, and tax code registration, company registration updates with local tax authority, business permit renewal/ updates etc.
- Assist in tax audit defence/ litigation, including but not limited to liaison with relevant teams and collection/ preparation of requested documents, arrangement of signature and submission to external professional firm.
- Assist in local bookkeeping.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors to provide tax support for tax-related matters.
