About the job Country Manager
1. To strengthen and grow the companys business in the
region.
2. Identify opportunities to further increase the
business & profitability
Expansion of companys presence in the region,
vertically and horizontally
Establishing a strong presence in relevant National Key
Accounts/QSRs and building a robust, sustainable
distribution network forHyFun brand in the region
Increase customer base both for HyFunbrand
and private label business
Ensuring achievement of targeted topline as wellas
bottom line for the region.
Managing customer expectations with Operational
demands and develop desired customer service levels
that are sustainable.
With support from Operations and Marketing, deliver
new product development and ideations with
customers to expand customers menu/portfolio.
As part of the IGM leadership team, delivery against
assigned regional projects on time and in Full.
Defining and achieving targeted product mix
Building and managing strong relationships with both
external as well as internal key stake holders
Ensuring commercial discipline and adherence toagreed
terms.
Staying up to date on market trends and changesin the
competitive landscape
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales,
marketing, product, and customer service toensure
efficient service.
Keep an update on legal requirements forthe
companys products in the region.
Team building and training
Internal: Regional sales team, Operations & logistics team, Marketing, Accounts and finance
External: Senior Customers & Distributor representatives and
Key decision makers; Relevant Government Bodies; and
where needed develop rapport with Indian Embassy officials
Reporting to: SVP International Growth Markets (IGM). Part of the IGM
Leadership team.
Reportees: Currently Individual Contributor role / Future Potential People Manager role. IGM Leadership Team member.
