Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be exposed to different IT products.
- Knowledgeable in IT related tasks and products.
- Knowledgeable in product management and specification.
- Their role may involve managing relationships with partners and customers, understanding their needs, and creating new products based on those insights.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products to serve as the go-to expert for both customers and internal teams.
- Collaborating with product development teams to inform product design with customer feedback and market research.
- Product specialists work with a team to ensure excellent product delivery.
- Will have exposures between a company's products and its various stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and marketing departments.
- Identifying and analyzing market trends to recommend product enhancements or new product opportunities.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing product issues.
- Working with quality assurance teams to ensure product standards are maintained and regulatory compliance is met.
- Monitoring and reporting on product performance, usage, and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.
- Managing cross-functional projects that involve the product, such as launches or updates, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry professionals to foster a network of product advocates.
- Supporting marketing initiatives by providing product expertise and content for promotional materials.
- Product specialists operate in a dynamic environment, blending technology and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Willing to travel from Makati Office to Warehouse in Pasig for responsibilities.
- 100% onsite from Monday to Friday in Makati head office (8:30am to 5:30pm) and visit in Warehouse in Pasig (7am to 4pm).
- Preferably applicants from Makati area.
- Graduate of IT course, or if not, must have experience in IT industry and with exposure to handling IT products.
- With at least a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT industry and managing IT products.
