Job Description Supplier eCommerce Production Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 Global eCommerce Production support for ongoing eCommerce projects, including but not limited to:

  • Triage and Resolve Tickets: Address eCommerce tickets assigned by the eCommerce Specialist, originating from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Support eCommerce Training Documentation: Assist with eCommerce training materials from 3Ms Supplier Direct website as directed by the eCommerce project leader. This includes providing guidance via email/TEAMS to suppliers on how to submit POA, ASN, and Invoices in the eCommerce solutions, and how to raise support request tickets to the eCommerce solution providers.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve eCommerce transaction failures (PO, POA, ASN, and Invoice) in the SAP Business Network and Corcentric solutions as assigned by the eCommerce Specialist.
  • Supplier Master Data Maintenance: Support the maintenance of eCommerce Supplier master data and setup in SAP, Peoplesoft, and eCommerce Solutions, as directed by the eCommerce Project leader.
  • Data Management: Assist in uploading and maintaining data in Access and Excel reporting tools as assigned by the eCommerce project leader.

Note: Amenable to work on midshift 3 PM to 12 Midnight as this team will support globally
