  1. Administrative Support:
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Directors schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and organize essential documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Communication Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing communication channels, including calls, emails, and mail.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute successful meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Travel Management: Assist with travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight bookings, and accommodation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee event logistics, such as catering, venue selection, and equipment rentals.
  1. Director Support:
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide analysis as needed to support the director's work.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive Support: Anticipate the director's needs and proactively address them.
