Roles and Responsibilities

Team and Role Introduction:

Lazada Pay is a business unit under Lazada that oversees payments, digital goods, and financial services for Lazada platform. This role would support payment partnership operations in driving performance for bank partnership campaigns as well as managing special projects along with bank and other strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

• Support administrative functions of Partnerships team on the following tasks:

• Coordinating and executing on partner documents such as contracts, corporate documents and notarization requirements, signature routing and deliveries;

• Filing requests with socials and CRM teams for scheduling posts;

• Filing requests with graphics team for promo assets and key visuals;

• Filing and processing of DTI permits for promos ensuring approvals and coordinating for any additional requests from DTI;

• Creating and processing of vouchers;

• Monitoring of billings and coordinating with finance teams to ensure timely sending and collection from partners;

• Other operational requirements from Partnerships team that may come up;
