Qualifications:

  • Impressive portfolio showcasing graphic design, campaign concept and visual design, social media design work. Animations, motion graphics a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator essential. Premiere, After Effects and 3D applications a plus.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Generative A.I knowledge is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer/Art Director to join our team. With a strong artistic flair, you will be creating visually compelling and effective advertising materials across various media platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design and execute advertising campaigns materials that align with the brands objectives and resonate with the target audience, in an exciting, fast pace and dynamic e-commerce environment.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator included. Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a great plus. The candidate should possess a proactive go-getter attitude, keen to explore new tools including AI, and have the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently to drive impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and transform them into engaging and disruptive visual concepts.
  • Craft compelling narratives through graphics, animations, and visual elements that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative suite: Photoshop and illustrator to bring designs to life with precision and creativity. Premiere, After Effects is a plus
  • Concept-driven, delivering designs that communicate messages effectively and creatively.
  • Act as a visual storyteller, ensuring each design piece captures the essence of the brand and campaign objectives.
  • Independently manage projects from ideation to execution, adhering to deadlines and maintaining design excellence.
  • Continuously stay updated with the latest design trends, tools and techniques to keep our content fresh and innovative.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with external partners and vendors as needed to execute creative output.
