About the job Customer Service Associate (Order fulfillment)
Assist in managing the order fulfillment and customer service processes by coordinating and liaising with customers regarding orders placed by correct and timely planning and realization of production and shipping of the orders.
- To manage and oversee the order fulfillment and customer service functions, involving the supervision of the following activities:
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders, sales coordinator, marketing, etc. On order fulfillment.
- Receiving and timely acknowledgement of orders
- Placing timely and correct orders to inter-company plants
- Ensuring timely shipments by coordinating with customer service, shipping assistants, planners and logistics, quality and tech serv
- Ensure that required shipping schedule is met.
- Correct and timely shipping documents are issued.
- Correct and timely information is captured in the system
- To prepare timely and correct monthly shipping and sales report.
- To assist plant in providing logistics support, compiling monthly Customs reports.
To provide SAP support to the department.
