IT Asset Custodian

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that IT assets are accounted for, deployed, maintained, upgraded, and disposed of when needed. Making certain that the valuable items, tangible, and intangible, in your organization are tracked and used.

Conducts physical inventory of all IT Hardware assets.

Responsible for physical receipt of delivered IT assets and ensure the quality and specifications are correct.

Provides Daily, Weekly and Monthly Asset Report for receipt, transfer, deployment and disposal of IT Asset.

Ensures IT hardware assets not in operation are kept in a safe, secured areas.

Properly maintains inventory stock-levels within defined threshold.
