  • Monitoring of Progress, Recording of Meeting
  • Minutes, Reporting, Record-keeping of Managed
  • Deployment Services Projects
  • Maintenance and Updating of Customer database
  • which includes machine installations.
  • Coordination with Customers, LOB sales, ASMs,
  • FSMs and other services admins with regards to data
  • integrity for updating database
  • Coordination of Walker Survey (voice of the customer) on a periodical basis
