Roles and Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of schedules and appointments of DCS, including coordination (thru TEAMS & email correspondence) with Japan counterpart, Dep./Section Managers, and all TM employees as candidate to be dispatched by the company.
- Attending and collaboration in the weekly meeting with the Japan-counterpart.
- Preparation of Agenda for the weekly meeting (with the Japan-counterpart) and Minutes of Meeting.
- Preparation of materials for the Overseas Dispatch, Long Term and Short Term of the TM Employees.
- Filing and organizing files of all TM-employees Dispatchs documents.
- Handles flight booking, etc., of all TM Dispatch employees.
- Handles all related concern of the ICT (Intra-company Transferee), Short Dispatch, for its scheduling, documents, etc.
- Preparation of requisition, submission of document for/of dispatch concern, such as flight ticket, Insurances, SSS etc.
Perform variety of secretariat and administrative functions under the supervision of the Manager.
