About the job FINANCE AND DOCUMENT REGISTRATION

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and submission of various BIR forms such as BIR 2316, 1601- C, 1702, 2550M, among others. x
  • Develop tax planning strategies that minimize the companys tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with the BIR.
  • Liaise with the auditors during internal and external audits. Keep abreast of changes in Philippine tax laws to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the company. 
  • Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner. 
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments. 
  • Process clients' payments and reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues.
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. 
  • Prepare and process payments. 
  • Maintain documentation and records for all accounts receivable and payable transactions.

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
  • Has at least 5yrs of work relevant experience
  • Proficient in accounting softwares (e.g. Quickbooks, MS Excel, ledger, etc.) 
  • Has a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 
  • Must have an experience working in a consulting firm.
