SENIOR APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The candidate will be responsible:

· Develop dashboards and reports using Jaspersoft and Power BI.

· Develop automation, bug fixes and process improvements in CA PPM.

· To evaluate and document business processes, functional and reporting requirements.

· Coordinate Code Reviews, UATs and sign-offs on artifacts and deliverables, participate in system release planning and rollouts.

· Share technical and functional CA PPM expertise with the team as and when required.

· Participate in CA PPM software, upgrades and necessary patches, CA add-ins and accelerators.

· Learn and acquire skills through various channels as and when required.

Qualifications:

· Experience working with SQL programming and oracle database

· Knowledge of ITIL Framework and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Other options - HP PPM, Planview, JIRA,MS Project, Primavera, JasperSoft, SQL, Power BI tools etc.

Notes: PPM tool and SQL programming language is a must.

Preference:

· 7-9 years of experience in IT mainly software development background with support analyst experience.

· 2-5 years of experience working on CA PPM v15.x or higher version. Or any other PPM tool

· Detailed knowledge of the CA PPM module e.g. Project management, Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Financial Management etc.

· Create, enhance and support integrations between Clarity and other systems.

· Working experience in Portlets, GEL Scripting, NSQL, XOG

Experience in Data warehouse setup and Jasper reports
