LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

  • Inbound Shipment Monitoring
  • Encoding of Prior Disclosure Program (PDP) Application as regular report requirement of Finance for compliance purposes related to proper declaration of duties and taxes of imported goods.
  • Perform regular data entry tasks, including updating information, creating new records and deletion of obsolete data.
  • Accurate encoding of importation logbook based on the inbound shipment documents provided by 3rd party brokerage partner.
  • Organize and maintain Supply Chain files and databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Monitor Inbound Shipments by coordinating with 3rd party brokerage on-site coordinator.
  • TPP Billing Monitoring and Validation
  • Monitor timely submission of carrier charges, advances and shipment processing invoice from 3rd party partner.
  • Validation of billing based on the agreed cost of services on the contract agreement.
  • Ensure all invoices are processed and submitted to Finance on time to avoid delays in payment.

ADHOC Reporting and Monitoring

    • Assist on all reports monitoring as needed by Supply Chain Operations team.
    • Can be assigned to monitor third party operations to check adherence to contracts and standard operating operations.
    • Performs clerical work (e.g., encoding, typing, record keeping, filing, photocopying and other errands) assigned by the immediate superior.
