JOB SUMMARY:

Overall responsibility of achieving the sales targets set by the Sales Management through effective promotion and selling of the company's products and services, as well as, ensuring that his/her clients adhere to the Companys policies on credit sales/ accounts receivables.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Is responsible for meeting the sales targets assigned to him/her through effective promotion of the companys products and services and proper implementation of the marketing and sales strategies set by the Sales Management.
  • Conducts regular surveys of Research Institutions, hospitals and Laboratories to determine product movement and ensure availability of stocks.
  • Utilizes properly the company properties entrusted to him/her in order to perform his duties effectively.
  • Spends as much quality and productive time as necessary in the field, doing promotional/sales calls for adequate territorial development.
  • Keeps abreast of marketing trends/ competitive sales & marketing strategies in the field in order to promote the companys product lines effectively and assist in the development of the Companys Marketing & Sales strategies,plans and programs.
  • Develops and maintains good public relations with Researchers, medical technologists, other contacts and prospective markets.
  • Conducts on the spot market surveys to determine the companys share of the market.
  • Scouts for new outlets and customers for additional businesses.
  • Collects accounts within credit terms in order to achieve collection goals.
  • Lessen, if not eliminates, overdue accounts thru effective collection efforts.
  • Remits collections promptly by depositing at the designated depository bank of the company and sends weekly daily collection receipts together with copies of deposit slips.
  • Prepares and submits the various fields sales reports required of the position.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

  • B.S. Biology graduate.
  • Must be fluent in English and Tagalog and with pleasing personality and friendly disposition.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with employees and customers.
