Job Description

The Marketing Solutions (MS) team offers sellers various solutions and tools, which give them the opportunity to boost and promote their products, within and outside the Lazada platform.

A Marketing Solutions Associate's objective is to be a solutions expert and effectively educate sellers on marketing solutions from budgeting until execution, to improve their visibility and help them grow and scale their business in Lazada.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Conduct High-Volume Cold Call Campaigns : Reach out to a large number of sellers through cold calls to increase seller contactability and generate new business opportunities.

Promote Program Adoption : Actively promote and drive seller participation in Sponsored Solutions and ensure consistent performance and growth

Educational Support and Training : Train and educate sellers on the suite of Sponsored Solutions and provide them with guidance on media planning to help their stores grow in Lazada. Support troubleshooting and cascade of product updates to sellers.

Others activities may include : Preparing basic reports, gathering seller feedback, and working with other teams internally to execute special initiatives that will help enhance seller performance.
