  • Identifies if all required items (documents, contracts, and/or samples) are available as defined by the checklist.
  • · Supports sales and engineering with general GMA scheme-related inquiries
  • Quoting support
  • Establishing the quotation in Salesforce and delivering to sales account manager
  • Establishing accepted order in Oracle and FLEX
  • · Communicates to internal/external clients regarding required information per checklist, project status and final project deliverables.
  • · Under general supervision, supports customers in understanding regulatory requirements to access global markets
  • · Under general supervision, works with cross-functional divisions and teams to ensure projects remain on track
  • · Supports and participates in continuous improvement concepts and techniques.
  • · Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • · Performs other duties as directed.
