MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Since the role is more on administrative tasks, candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office
- Basic Excel (Vlookup, Pivot)
- Word document (Merging of files)
- Powerpoint (Basic presentation skills)
- Maintenance and update of the Compensation and Benefits database.
- Provides HR-related documents such as Certificate of Employment (COE), Philhealth MDR and Certificate, Banks Forms, etc., as requested by the employees.
- Preparation of Full and Final Pay documents (from endorsement to payroll to releasing to resigned employees.
- Handling Employment verification and Final Pay inquiry.
- Benefit processing such as statutory and company-initiated benefits.
- Compensation & Benefits adhoc tasks, as required
- 201 filing
