The position reports to the President and with close interaction and works closely with other team leaders in the company to deploy winning solutions that leverage current products or untapped services.

The objective of this position is to strategize and implement new solutions that generate new revenue streams, increase profit and build market share. Success in this position will be measured by development of scalable new business solution opportunities, which will make significant impact on Companys revenues, market share, product portfolio and industry leadership.

He will drive new solution business opportunities by identifying major target segments to invest and to engage on key flexible industry solutions; develop competitive services offerings in collaboration with other teams and pertinent strategic partners; implement innovative measures to build and manage delivery of business solutions to service customers. All this to result in promoting market awareness, increasing market share, penetrating into targeted areas and leading profitable growth. The main responsibilities for the role include:

Lead B2B sales, formulate sales strategy for assigned territory or products, develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans; supervise and train distributors and/or sales force to achieve sales targets; pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales.

Responsibilities:

  • B2B Infrastructure
    • Establish a strong B2B Organization with highly qualified people capable to build and sustain the B2B.
    • Engage closely with the other teams to help determine the most feasible business model, solution implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules.
    • Organizes the people and resources to achieve sales objectives.
    • Provides sales leadership working cross functionally with multiple departments through effective communication, execution, strategic direction, current activities, etc.
    • Develops subordinates through training and identifies successors.
    • Assists each subordinate in applying the right strategy to win the project.
    • Assists each subordinate to make negotiation with key person.
    • Establishes a climate that maximizes the contribution of employees.
  • Channel and Key Accounts Management
    • Manage key channels and projects for SAC products
    • Contribute, lead and manage staff to contribute towards meeting and exceeding set commercial products division sales objectives, increasing customer base and develop strong local presence.
    • Key driver in consolidating project pipeline for the vertical market and drive required initiatives, in cooperation with LGEPH President and LGE Business Solutions Company.
    • Effective and efficient management of selected key accounts.
    • Implement successful commercial business strategies with relevant accounts
    • Interface with main costumer to identify needs and communicate planned solutions.
    • Support development issues and timelines.
    • Widen the vertical network to increase sales.
    • Manage opportunity list and project proposal.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Coordinate with HQ for strategic planning in product marketing and sales activity.
    • Provide specific guidelines in strategic planning process aligning with companys perspective to address the needs of vertical market with total package solutions.
    • Initiate and manage new solution business opportunity identification project pipeline; track new solution development; develop new solution launch plans.
    • Analyze market trend and implications for B2B solution business.
    • Identify and develop existing and new market opportunities and key strategic business relationships to maintain and grow B2B and following the guidelines set up by HQ.
  • Sales and Marketing Management
    • Prepare and monitor monthly forecasts of estimate sales
    • Monitor competitor products, positioning and promotional activities.
    • Implementation and monitoring of sales strategy performance for major accounts.
    • Effectively manage cooperative advertising to ensure LGEPH Business Solutions in commercial market in all categories.
    • Responsible for Account Receivable.
  • Service and Technical Support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree is required, with advanced degree in business or technology related field.
  • 10 to 15 years sales and business solution experience within industry of vertical segments and commercial business.
  • Excellent decision making and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Work well in a team and can manage resources.
  • Ability to travel approximately 60% to support customer and technology meetings.
