  1. Proper Releasing/Transmital of Ticket.
  2. Monitor and follow up the return ticket (customer copy).
  3. Prepare Gate Pass for CD|HOC Event/ Activities (Catering. Booths. Ice Cream etc).
  4. Meeting Room Reservation and Set Up.
  5. Food Ordering and pick up for meetings and events.
  6. Car Reservations/Hotel Reservations.
  7. PO Creation/Budget raising. Monitoring and Goods receipts processing.
  8. Ordering and distribution of employee Business Card.
  9. Printing, Scanning, Photocopying of Documents.
  10. Distribution of Conference and Listing Samples.
  11. Resolution on concerns issues raised by CD Employees on a day to day basis.
  12. Messengerial tasks.
  13. Freight assistance to employees.
  14. Monitor Compliance Report of CD and various corporate requirements.
  15. OG Deliverables (Monitor & Follow ups).
  16. New Hires Onboarding.
  17. Gift Monitoring.
  18. Support/Assist OG/DT Team for their Admin Request.
