About the job Trade Admin Support Assistant
· Accordion (Customer Commercial Policy and GTN Tool, locally developed)
o Level 1 system and process support to various users (Key Account Managers, Finance, SCM)
o Monthly transaction processing - Master data management, sales data upload, discount validation (part of Internal Control)
o Commercial Policy proposal preparation, consolidation and validation of master data and historical transaction data
· Tasks previously managed by Finance (transferred to Trade)
o Senior Citizen Discount (SCD) off invoice claims validation and payment or coupon processing
o Payment /Coupon: release, presentation, and application by distributor (credit note)
o Reconciliation of claims with Finance
· Purchase Order (PO) Processing: raising of all POs needed, monitoring of spending related to travel and hotel bookings in order to achieve target fieldwork activities, and other expenses
· Tender requirements : support in compiling documents, submission to government hospitals
