JOB SUMMARY :

The Pharmaceutical Product Manager, will play a pivotal role in driving the demand through sales of the product lines of Tobie Pharma. The primary responsibility will be to strategize, plan, and execute relevant campaigns and activities to promote all products effectively to respective physicians / market . The PPM will work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales and Marketing Associate) to meet customer needs, enhance brand visibility, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, the PPM will be responsible for strengthening relationships with key prescribers, conducting market research, and contributing to product launches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
2. Analyze data (MDC Stock Transfers and Inventory Data) to make informed decisions and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.

MARKETING STRATEGY / DEVELOPMENT :
1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics for all pharmaceutical products.
a. Other specializations who can prescribe Vi-gel, Neramin and Kohagra aside from existing masterlist
2. Create and refine marketing plans that align with organizational goals and market demands.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL CREATION :
1. Conceptualize and spearhead in producing promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content for Tiktok, IG and Facebook.
2. Ensure all promotional materials adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.

KEY PRESCRIBER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT :
1. Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key prescribers for each product.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to understand prescriber needs and preferences.

EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES :
1. Prepare materials, topics, and guidelines for roundtable discussions, product presentations, and symposia.
2. Organize and lead educational/learning events to enhance awareness and knowledge about pharmaceutical products.

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION :
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and R&D, to ensure cohesive promotional efforts.
2. Collaborate with different teams to address both ethical and consumer audience needs.

PRODUCT LAUNCHES / RELAUNCH :
1. Plan and execute product launches and relaunches, covering aspects such as product packaging, communication campaigns, and sales strategies.
2. Monitor the progress of launch activities and make necessary adjustments to meet targets.
