About the job Distribution Logistics Analyst
Job responsibilities:
Facilitates data extraction using enterprise tools, clean and build data in preparation for analysis
Create reports for internal teams and/ stakeholders stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data enabling them to take important decisions
Develop and maintain reports for key metrics, order monitoring, capacity planning, inventory report, etc.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Create and maintain dashboard from various reporting components from multiple data sources
Initiate improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
Work with programmers, software engineers and management heads to identify process improvement in data access and automation
Ensure data quality by removing corrupted information, fixing coding errors and other related problems
Prepare and document data requirements, data collection and administration procedure, data access rules and security
Participation in training sessions improving professional qualifications.
Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities:
Participation in special projects and workgroups and providing information and sharing knowledge with team members.
Reporting and implementing process changes as well as Training team members.
Participation in projects related to improving efficiency and acting as a replacement for other team members.
