Reception/Admin Function:

  • Reception Duties:
    • Greet visitors and callers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Draft and send professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
    • Manage and distribute mail and deliveries.
    • Assist with travel arrangements for staff members.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering, restocking, and managing inventory levels.
    • Perform other clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Track inventory levels for office supplies and equipment.
    • Research and compare vendor prices.
    • Create and submit purchase orders.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory and expenditures.
