Reception/Admin Function:
- Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors and callers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars.
- Administrative Support:
- Draft and send professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Manage and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering, restocking, and managing inventory levels.
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned.
- Inventory Management:
- Track inventory levels for office supplies and equipment.
- Research and compare vendor prices.
- Create and submit purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and expenditures.
