Technical Staff Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure, install, and maintain technical equipment and systems.
  • Assisting technical department in the daily operations and needs.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to clients or customers.
  • Processing technical documentation such as reports, manuals, and project specifications.
  • Performing basic diagnostic tests and repairs on products or equipment.
  • Participating in project planning and implementation.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Training other staff members on the use of technical systems and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Knows how to effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Improving system efficiency, developing and implementing new procedure, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.

Technical Staff Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in the relevant engineering discipline or similar (Electrical and ECE)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both technical and non-technical staffs.
  • With 3-5 years of working experience in technical staff position.
  • Knowledgeable in auxiliary works and security equipment, and installation processes with both hardware and software application.
  • Ability to work well in teams to contribute to project goals and objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and address issues that may affect the operations of the organization.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
