Technical Staff Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and maintain technical equipment and systems.
- Assisting technical department in the daily operations and needs.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to clients or customers.
- Processing technical documentation such as reports, manuals, and project specifications.
- Performing basic diagnostic tests and repairs on products or equipment.
- Participating in project planning and implementation.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Training other staff members on the use of technical systems and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, procurement, and inventory management.
- Knows how to effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Improving system efficiency, developing and implementing new procedure, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.
Technical Staff Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors in the relevant engineering discipline or similar (Electrical and ECE)
- Ability to communicate effectively both technical and non-technical staffs.
- With 3-5 years of working experience in technical staff position.
- Knowledgeable in auxiliary works and security equipment, and installation processes with both hardware and software application.
- Ability to work well in teams to contribute to project goals and objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and address issues that may affect the operations of the organization.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
