Job Description

The following is a list of job duties and responsibilities, including essential and marginal tasks.

1. Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the Data center.
2. Identify risks and perform IDC vendor operation and maintenance quality assessment.
3. As a technical professional for all facilities-related issues within the Data center of Philippines, escalating to the region and headquarter（HQ）technical team as needed
4. Perform RCA(root cause analysis) of critical equipment failures
5. Troubleshoot and report of facility and Data sever-level events within internal SLA
6. Create and deploy new standard practices for technicians and IDC vendor support teams
7. Provide training and guidance to operation team, such as Method of Procedure（MOP）, Standard Operating Procedure（SOP）, Emergency Operating Procedure（EOP）
8. Ensure all EHS procedures are adhered to by vendor and staff
9. Communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience
