    Roles and Responsibilities

    Job Summary: The Team Lead for BPO Agents will oversee a team responsible for handling administrative tasks associated with seller acquisition and onboarding. This role ensures efficient operation, high-quality service, and successful onboarding of new sellers onto our platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Team Supervision:
    • Lead and manage a team of BPO agents, ensuring they meet performance and productivity targets.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and address any issues.
    • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve individual and team outcomes.
      • Oversee the seller onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary documentation and requirements are completed accurately and promptly.
      • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new sellers.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
        • Ensure BPO agents accurately complete all administrative tasks related to seller acquisition and onboarding.
        • Maintain organized records and documentation for all seller interactions and onboarding activities.
        • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
          • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding seller onboarding and administrative processes.
          • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for team objectives.
          • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
            • Develop and deliver training programs for BPO agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
            • Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.
              • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the teams progress and identify areas for improvement.
              • Prepare regular reports on team performance, onboarding metrics, and other relevant data.
              • Present data and insights to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
