- Team Supervision:
- Lead and manage a team of BPO agents, ensuring they meet performance and productivity targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and address any issues.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve individual and team outcomes.
- Oversee the seller onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary documentation and requirements are completed accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new sellers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
- Ensure BPO agents accurately complete all administrative tasks related to seller acquisition and onboarding.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all seller interactions and onboarding activities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding seller onboarding and administrative processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for team objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Develop and deliver training programs for BPO agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the teams progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, onboarding metrics, and other relevant data.
- Present data and insights to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
