IP-Datacom Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain business to solve business problems and provide value to a wide variety of business functions.
• Participate in the design, implementation and troubleshooting of network infrastructure
• Gather requirements and interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders to design network infrastructure
• Create technical design documentations (HLD, LLD, Network Diagrams and implementation/test plan)
• Provide comprehensive support for the project and maintenance teams
• Interact with HQ within the network design, operation and across other support teams, to solve the more challenging escalated problems as well as simple to the more complex change implementations
• Implement and maintain processes, procedures and associated plans for network infrastructure including administration, usage, and disaster recovery
• Document standard operating procedures, diagrams, and training materials for use by the team
