Project Manager (Davao del Norte)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Defines and develops overall project development and delivery strategies in alignment with the concerned stakeholders to deliver projects within defined Project Delivery performance metrics.
• Alignment of resource requirements between project portfolio and critical service providers (e.g. contract and vendor management, engineering, construction management etc.).
• Validates and approves capacity plan for multiyear project portfolio ensuring that department has capacity and capability to deliver project portfolios.
• Identifies and documents project management best practices and methodologies across the department and where applicable provide guidance and support to project management functions.
• Reviews and validates appropriateness and effectiveness project management policies and processes within the Project Delivery Group -Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Ensure that all projects are delivered with full compliance to all policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Performs other related functions inherent in team operation, acts as corporate resource and performs other tasks assigned by higher management.
