FRONT DESK

  • Meet and greet candidates, associates and clients who walk into Manpower office.
  • Provide initial contact and answer general queries over the telephone for clients and candidates.
  • Give appropriate forms for registration.
  • Place applicants on assessments as specified by the Consultant.
  • Always follow set guidelines when administering and marking assessments for both office and industrial applicants.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Support the office in various office administration duties, including facility general maintenance services, procurement, renovation and construction
  • Maintains a systematic file of all records, communications, and documentation
  • Ensure that office stationary, forms, all 

    operational / office supplies, equipment, fixture and furniture are in order
  • Handles inventory and procurement of medical supplies (first aid, medicines and etc.), office stationary, forms, all operational / office supplies, equipment, fixture and furniture
  • Liaise with suppliers i.e. Insurers, solicitors, etc.

  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

STAFF DEVELOPMENT

  • Review Officekeepers activity on a weekly basis in order to provide recognition or guidance as appropriate
  • Provide coaching and training to the
  • team to improve the competency level
  • Motivate staff through reward and recognition practices to keep staff morale high'

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
  • Ensure a safe workplace environment to employees, candidates, clients and visitors
