About the job Digital Project Specialist

Responsible for managing Digital campaigns, marketing automation, SEO and 3M.com build and enhancements. Collaborate with our business stakeholders with alignment to Asia Digital Operations pillar processes and governance for successful execution and deployment.

Project Management

  • Understand marketing brief, project goals and objectives, and provide recommendation and support for each project
  • Be the point of contact for business teams
  • Coordinate with all DO pillars and external agencies for the delivery of each project
  • Monitor project timeline, set milestones and deadlines ​
  • Capture meeting minutes for key program calls with stakeholders
  • Manage and update project status sheet weekly
  • Communicate with stakeholders on project updates
  • Escalate roadblocks and issues to respective business teams and Digital Operations

Creative

  • Creative: Brief program details and requirements to creative team such as designers and copywriters; Communicate and translate feedback into actionable tasks for creatives
  • Creative: Present creative work and direction

Site Build and Enhancements

  • Project manage and ensure implementation of requirements on 3M.com
  • Champion the 3m.com deployment process and ensure country marketers are aligned to the process and can adhere to timelines
  • Guide country marketers to identify the scope of work clearly, for documentation and delivery of the required documents for execution (Content Plan, MA Briefing Template)
  • Coordinate the execution of deliverables across functions, such as SEO, product content and MA
  • Manage briefing to 3M.com & MA developers through Workfront & JIRA​ Track development status and update stakeholders whenever required

Digital Campaigns

  • Work closely with Business stakeholders to identify scope of campaign and outline the requirements
  • Assist in asset UTM creation for campaign reporting purposes
  • Work closely with Paid media specialist & Data analyst to produce campaign reports

Search Engine Optimization

  • Perform basic keyword research and optimize web content to be more search-friendly
  • Work with the development team to fix SEO errors such as broken links
  • Track website organic growth, identify insights, and implement recommendations to improve SEO

Reporting

  • Report on project status and update business teams
  • Report on achievement of SLAs and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) metrics
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

You will be successful by:

  • Managing processes through your website development experience and technical expertise, teamwork and project management skills
  • Understanding 3Ms technology systems, architecture and available solutions that support product data and digital information for internal and external use
  • Providing comprehensive consulting to business teams, as it relates to enhancing 3m.com and other priority platforms
  • Establishing objectives and metrics and transparency in results
  • Communicating with multiple stakeholders on key learning, project statuses and results
