Process/split FLNA Mother PO sent by PH Foods Distributor in to individual PO at 1 Full Container Load with corresponding Distributor SAP PO reference numbers & sends to Sc Sr, Coordinator for further processing with FLNA. Primary responsible in decision making & executing the actions required relative to this accountability

Provide monthly report on PO target vs actual (FLNA). Primary responsible in the executing the actions required relative to this accountability

Receives monthly POs from Distributor & consolidate into tracking file for reference for reconciliation with source plants. Primary responsible in executing the actions required relative to this accountability

Receives from SC manager or acquire from Distributor the monthly ending inventory, secondary sales & primary sales volumes to prepare SC KPI reports of Service Level, FC accuracy. Primary responsible in executing the actions required relative to this accountability

Prepares target Primary Sales Forecast based on secondary Forecast & Inventory reports. Primary responsible in decision making & executing the actions required relative to this accountability

Receives data drop from SAP KE24 & prepare summary of MTD Primary sales volumes in comparison to MTD plan & full month plan. Primary responsible in executing the actions required relative to this accountability

Receives data from SC Manager to prepare data for ISCP Forecast upload. Primary responsible in executing the actions required relative to this accountability

SAP transaction of POs & required revisions to match actual production. Primary responsible in decision-making & executing the actions required relative to this accountability

Logistics

Daily tracking of actual shipment status of Forwarders to update Primary volume estimate for current month. Primary responsible in executing the actions required relative to this accountability

Receives PO log from Freight Forwarders for data analysis & reporting of daily/weekly planned & actual shipments from FLNA. Primary responsible in executing the actions required relative to this accountability
