Accountabilities and responsibilities
Review knowledge base site usage including article searches, comments, ratings
and associated support cases, to determine performance of content
Report on metrics from user experience to suggest content development and
areas for enhancement on knowledge base site
Categorize and tag content in a logical way which will make content easily
accessible and searchable
Liaise with content owners and across projects to support development of their
content and ensure the proposed strategy and content principles are adhered to
Own policy management to ensure legal information is maintained and updated
according to local country needs
Support development of governance, process and workflows based on delivering
strategy and policy intent
Manage relationships and interdependencies with other content roles
Shape and structure the architecture of content based on user-centered design
principles
Work with lead content designers to maintain and deliver content
Act as an ambassador and protector of the agreed knowledge base principles
Feedback to other content developers to amend content if the agreed principles /
standards have not been applied
Provide advice, support and expertise on the development of a best practice
knowledge base
